Don't encourage devolution for Dover, that would mean that likely we'd get hoiked into france (as the Calais mayor suggested) and move the French/English border to the bottom of my road :-(

i often find myself having to decipher "code" in news posts WSS, ROP, and so on. If a poster wants me to understand what he or she means, it would be courteous to make themselves plain: not all people have the level of courtesy needed to interact with them in a meaningful way.
Or perhaps i should RTFM and JFDI?
