Didn't she cadge the money for her drugs from her family? Over 3 years 30K works out at around £200 a week. It'll be her family who have suffered.
Nobody has £10k pa of disposable income from child benefit and jsa.
That is more Jackson Pollocks.
And I bet there are some big debts and unpaid utilities kicking around.
Either way, it is not evidence of over generous benefits.

T3 assures me that Lentil Munchery is being dealt out of certain coffee shops in Islington.
The drug causes severe chattering apparently

just started another thread, there's anoher lowlife for you to defend! enjoy!
And has some odd side effects, male munchers grow beards and many wear sandals.
its a very strange (non)story. I presume its part of an on-going campaign against cannabis and/or benefits by the paper. I'm surprised you cant see it for what it is, 3t.
Alcohol is a drug, isn't it? It is available at prices subsidised by us, the taxpayers, in bars throughout the Houses of Parliament. Is there any reason why I should be paying such a 'benefit' to millionaire Tory cabinet-members?
Looks like you really irked the left there TTT.

I couldn't agree more with you. If benefit are paid and drugs are being bought clearly that person does not need the benefits. Benefits should be to help people get back on track to find work. Clearly she was incapable of finding work being drugged up to teh eyeballs so no benefits.

What her family give her it totally irrelevant in my book.

And for the rest of you; Right-on !
.

I thought Jeza got zeroed for starting a thread like this ....
oh well
> Clearly she was incapable of finding work being drugged up to teh eyeballs so no benefits. <

if she was drugged up to the eyeballs how did she sign on at the job centre to get the benefits ?
How much is JSA?
Give them food vouchers, rather than those vouchers with the Queens head on them that drug dealers like. Zero tolerance to drug use...that is the way to go.
How do you pay your bills with food vouchers?
mikey a simple question how much does a single 52 year old male get on jsa

please don't put down what she down the road with six kids gets or what joe bloggs who has just come into the country gets

a very simple question i will repeat

how much does a single 52 year old male gets on jsa ?
Just googled. It's £72.40 under 24 and it's £57.35.

Like mikey says, they should not get any actual cash, it should all be done with vouchers and direct payements to landlords/utilities. Scraping the barrel there QM, the benefits bill is 120bn, ok so the MP's get a cheap pint, wrong I agree but big deal.
Dr F....its immaterial what the JSA payment is. Its not enough to live on and its certainly not enough to waste on drugs. Stupid people take drugs and the rest of us shouldn't be footing the bill for their stupidity. We should do as TTT says...pay them in food vouchers and settle their bills direct with the people that they owe money too. I have been a socialist all my adult life but I am sick and tired of these stupid people lazing around, using my hard earned money to fund their chaotic lifestyles. We should be spending our welfare budget on benefits for OAPs, like funding a proper and decent system to care for the ones needing long term care. We should also be looking seriously at how we can help the army of carers that we have in Britain, who are struggling to look after elderly or infirm relations. As was shown on TV recently, some of these carers are children.

We recently had an animated debate on AB about "recreational drug addicts"
If people want to take drugs and pay for them out of their wages, so be it. But the rest of us hard working citizens can't continue to pay for these irresponsible people, who have faced the same choices that we all face, but have decided to spend their money, in this case, OUR money, on drugs.
> £72.40 <

>Dr F....its immaterial what the JSA payment is. Its not enough to live on and its certainly not enough to waste on drugs. <

after gas, leccy and other bills would any normal person have any money left for drugs ?
I totally agree, Mikey. Plus, it is the use of these drugs that are contributing to these people being unable, or not wanting to get a job.
So why, if the JSA is so low as to be impossible to pay your bills, does this stupid person choose to spend money on drugs then ?
