I think it a bit "off" too, - they are a pretty unsavoury bunch;

Lay off the Steam tugs mate! Everyone knows GWB is controlling the world from Cloud base 9, mwahahaha!
These daft conspiracy theories just waste everyone's time.

If I can be bothered I'll dredge up the criminal CVs of Dennis Pushilin and some of the other bandits currently trying to take over Donetsk and Luhansk while the vast majority of the ordinary people want nothing to do with them.
Pushilin has just declared himself "supreme commander" of the Donetsk region, no nonsense about any sort of election there of course.

And this makes interesting listening (or reading, if you need the subtitles).
I love the bit where the bloke in Moscow tells his stooge (re the referendum plans):
"Are you going to go round actually COLLECTING ballot papers? Are you f**kin' insane!"

Hilarious
"But I did think it a bit 'off' that we and other western governments were so quick to recognise the new Kiev government that was nothing more than a Coup toppling a democratically (albeit pro Moscow) elected government "

They were a bunch of thieves. Most of them not elected at all. Ukraine was (still is really) run by oligarchs. Yanukovych may have been elected but none of the people he gathered round him to run the country were. They were members of his family shamelessly enriching themselves at the country's expense. We wouldn't stand for it in the UK. Why should Ukrainians
No, I don’t. Do you Khandro?

Peter, your newsagent is not alone. Many Urdu speakers seem to think the US is behind practically every conspiracy, every artrocity, and every act of terrorism that’s occurred in recent years – including the beheading of Ken Bigley and the shooting of Malala Yousafzai.
If this were a US plan then it's gone horribly wrong... on second thoughts, perhaps that just goes to prove it!
Please,please,please. Read the ''fictional'' story The Matarese Circle By Robert Ludlum, & then explain to me what is going on in the world today.
I've now breezed through this nonsense. If that is the best they can do I rather think it proves the exact opposite :-)
