Ali, I haven't been in Biggar since the 70s. Are you from there?

Better go now. I'm doing a half marathon in 7 weeks and I need to get back into training. Have been quite lazy for a couple of weeks. Soooooor not, I'm off out now for a canter around . I'll head down to the seafront . At this time of day, it's usually just dog walkers, joggers and NO grockles. Have a great day folks. Morning all. Just got back in. A friend had a minor emergency during the night. I've just got back from taking him and his wife to hospital. I'l be going back to pick him up and bring him home later. I don't know what exactly is wrong with her, but think she will be in for a few days.
