Arthur developed a tremendous sense of entitlement it seems to me. The whole business of the Barbican flat is a sorry affair and to my mind he was taking advantage of the Union.

It has all got rather petty for a man who once styled himself as King Arthur.Whatever legacy he had is going to be tarnished by this episode.

And yes, it is hypocritical of him.
