Some Advise Please.

I've been offered an IPhone 4 16 GB ( Family sale & honest) the phone I have now is a Samsung Galaxy, GT S8830i with O2, how much of a job is it to transfer all the data / Stored Nos / another sim card into this new phone? As you may gather, not well up on these things. tia
