Am I missing something? He is blaming them for not cutting him off but carried on calling the chatlines after he received a £19,333.63 mobile phone bill and now is challenging the bills (reduced from £91,184 to £29,083 in 'goodwill') and says he will not pay.

Ed could be worth a fortune if AB charged.....imagine ummmm's bill.
Kevin says, "I admit I rang these numbers and it's partly my own fault."

I don't understand how the word partly has entered the sentence. Will other Vodaphone users have to pay £62,000 the have knocked off as a "goodwill gesture"?
I know what "gesture" I'd give him.

Some might say that Kevin could treat the bill as a tax liability and wheedle his way out of paying, like the telecom companies do.
bit of a catty comment there dt, any need for it?

still at it, DT?

euwwwwwwwwwwwww Ratter!!!!!!

Lol...

When I'm not posting it means I'm doing something else. Unlike DT who seems to spend his spare time writing crap poems about AB users.
so why don't they take him to court, unless of course they have, for not paying the bill, personal responsibility seems to have gone by the by here.
Yes, agree as to responsibility - he can't claim it was a real surprise as he got warnings after 20 minutes on each call, he'd already had one huge bill and Vodafone had barred his SIM but he chose to get another SIM and carry on calling. However I think these companies should be able to block these as soon as an account reaches something like £1000- wasn't there a case of a child recently who was using an adult's phone to play a game and ran up a bill costing tens of thousands of pounds.
Vodafone should pursue it in order to discourage others but may find he hasn't got the resources and has to pay £1 a week for the next few thousand years.
It would seem to be a bit odd that Vodafone didn't do something as soon as his calling patterns started to get so alarming. But £91,184 is an awful lot of money...it really isn't possible for anyone to pay that.

Poor chap...he needs to go and see his Doctor...there is obviously something wrong somewhere.
He went out of his way to deceive vodafone by getting a replacement sim card. If I had any sympathy for him before it would have all been lost at that point.
The man is an idiot who is just trying to not pay HIS bill.

Idiot idiot idiot
