cause people can't afford to go out :)
1) Many young immigrants arriving.

2) Immigrants (in all countires) generally have more children than local population

3) Our benefit system encourages people to have children, and many immigrants cant believe they get paid for having children, so have plenty of them.
VHG - children cost more than any benefits received for them.

That's ok then Jake, we don't need the extra 250K primary places then.

The statistic you quote dont say how it is arrived. 2 per woman, does that include all the OAP's and anyone over 13 ?

"end child benefit and watch that number plummet"

Lol. What is it, £20 a week?
trigger

\\Well, I believe the children are our future, teach them well and let them lead the way. \\\

That is fine but before we start, we need to find 250K NEW places.

There is is an adult population "explosion" as well as a birth rate explosion and all those will put pressure on health and education.

Bit late now to change immigration planning.

Holes in the condoms? That's it - it's all those nasty immigrants putting holes in the condoms so they blow up more of us.....

When people are concerned their behaviour attempts to compensate; during the New York 2 day black-out in July 1977 some people rioted, but many found comfort in one another's arms, 9 months later there was a sudden blip in the N.Y. birth rate.
trigger...I never thought of that;-)
