here is my story

came to uk 2003 as a visitor
studied and lived in uk
2010 feb got married
2011 sept had a child
curently on a 2 year spouse visa
last night we agreed to part company
we argue and my wife posts our life on facebook

can i apply for a right of access to my child visa because i wont get ilr in dec due to failed marriage


pls no insults i'm hurt as it is my son may be raised by a different man

I think you will have to leave the country in 2013 as you are no longer married, and I don't know how international access works. This may not help, I am sure others are in similar situations.
Couldn't you use the Human Rights Act, foreign criminals tend to be able to stay in the country because they have kids and cats.
I don't think that your spouse visa will be cancelled if the marriage has failed.
There is no such thing as a 'Child access' visa as far as I know.
You need to contact a lawyer who specialises in immigration law to find out your best course of action. There are a lot of them about now so just do a Google search for 'Immigration lawyer'
