I was wondering who's responsible and what kind of money would they have to pay tfl and how long does a case like this usually take to get resolved and compensation paid?

Yes but how much roughly, how long does it take for payment to be received as these things happen all the time so there must be a fast track service for them seeing it's a constant thing

No not necessarily the tube, they water companies having burst watermains flooding business's and causing damage

The water company are at fault, the had started a repair and the pipe "just broke" Millions of liters of water have been wasted, wonder if it was the "right type".

Incompetent water companies and ICE today suggested were not paying enough for water. The media pursuit of the water companies agenda is relentless.
