The PM has been forced to sell his most valuable treasure a cricket bat, but still at least it's not his or even our 'family silver'.

This is really pathetic. Only AOG could make an issue of such a trivial matter. Incidentally the term "family silver" came from a senile former Prime Minister shortly before his death, whose grasp on economics was as tenuous then as it was when he was in office.
