Oh, I've not been watching for about half an hour, there was a lot of anti aircraft fire going on when I was watching then. I hope it gets resolved soon!
headline taken from sky news website

Colonel Gaddafi recommends the armed forces call an immediate ceasefire, shortly after anti-aircraft fire was seen in the sky over Tripoli.
I haven't seen the news, but if there is a ceasefire, it can only work if the rebel forces agree to it, and they surely won't, because it'll give Gaddafi space.

In reality, now that the UN is involved, the only outcome should be either regime change, or Libya split in two, but if that happens, then the threat from Gaddafi or his son would always be present.

The White House is saying, "We do not recognise ceasefire, and will continue to enforce resolution". Unconfirmed reports coming in that Gadaffi's residence in Tripoli has been destroyed.
Its not the first time Gadaffi calls a ceasfire , only to break it within hours.

He cannot be trusted so there wont be one.
