Britain - Toxic dumping ground
Trafigura have been found guilty of importing toxic waste from the Netherlands. You may remember that the company employed the best libel lawyers in the land Carter-Ruck to put a gagging order on the press to stop them reporting a question asked by an MP in Parliament. They lost that, and now they have been found guilty of dumping in Britain.

As of 2008 the company had equity of more than $2 billion and a turnover of $73 billion that generated $440 million of profit.
I wonder what the paltry fine will be?
