Trump will enter the building in about 15mins.

Are you excited over what he has to say?

♫ The hills are alive with the sound of Russians ♫
I have heard enough about what this awful man has to say, to last a lifetime !
Question Author
You won't be starting anymore 'Trump' based threads then mikey?
Talbot, I'm not excited, but I'll be interested.
Ironic that the master of running fake new stories or propagating them is complaining about a (almost certainly) fake story against him for a change...
I have never been particularly interested in anything any US President has to say. I long ago realised that each one is worse than his predecessor and I doubt Mr Trump will be any exception to that rule.
Question Author
Got any examples, Jim?
Oh no Talbot !....very time he does something stupid, I shall do my best to bring to the attention of his friends here on AB !
No.
What building?
About what? Almost certainly not, no.
Well most obviously, Trump's role in all that birther controversy stuff. And then flagrantly denying that his role was anything other than shameful. One of many others...

The story released yesterday is almost certainly of the same ilk and I'm not interested in going into detail about it; there's plenty you can write about Trump that is truthful and embarrassing, albeit stuff that he's brushed it off.

I may watch the repeat on AB Catch up service.
Question Author
Although he ran with the birther story he didn't start it.

Any more?
I don't intend to do your research for you; another one would be an attempt to discredit a woman by stating she had a pron video -- this was not true.

But anyway, the first one was an example enough, no? He ran with the fake news -- I called him the master of running with fake news.
Question Author
I called him the master of running with fake news.

No you didn't.
Well I certainly didn't imply that he was ever the origin of such stories. "The master of running fake news stories" was the phrase I used, if we wish to be pedantic. I think that means what I say it does.
Question Author
Ironic that the master of running fake new stories

I called him the master of running with fake news.

Come of it, Jim ... two different meanings.
I appreciate that in one I used "with" and in the other I did not, but we are entering into the realm of pedantry here. At no point did I mean to claim that he *started* anything (much). I suspect you know that, but are looking for a convenient excuse not to bother discussing that.
