She has apparently had surgery, but she looks like a different person.

The only thing that makes me think the new photo is of her is that the lips have the same shape. Otherwise, it could be a totally different person. I'm not questioning her desire to have surgery, and she still looks fantastic, but what is going on here? Is it an unknown sister, or a hoax?

The surgeon who advises that the distance between her eyelids and eyebrows is much smaller appears to have a point.

I have no interest in the woman, either as a 'personality', or for the irritating films she makes.

Not in the slightest, I find her really insipid.

Oddly, I always found her screwed-up eyes annoying - guess she did too, since this appears to be what she has had 'done'.

Still don't fancy her though - I am sure she feels the same way!

It's the 'v' over her top lip I find off-putting. No surgery - what a load of rollocks that is, you don't get to change your eye shape on diet etc alone......

I saw this yesterday, she is totally different and unrecognisable. I sometimes wonder if these people weep in the dark after having undergone such massive cosmetic changes. Meg Ryan and Catherine Zeta Jones are another pair who totally look different now rather than older.

Meg Ryan looks like someone who has too much surgery. Renee doesn't look like someone who has had surgery...just looks like someone else.

There's a photo floating around (may be daily mail??) where they superimposed her old eyebrows back onto that recent piccy, and it did make her look more recognisable, so possibly the biggest difference is just that -her eyebrows.
