Hi
I live next door to three nasty neighbours They are all on benefits and dont work.
I have found out that the house they are renting is registered under a ltd company name called dragons theatre co ltd.
There is a registered web address but no website there is a phone number
but no one ever answers it all very strange.
Can someone register a house under a drama school called dragons theatre then
rent it out to people on benefits.

Are you in Ilford or Gants Hill?

Hi
Why register a web address with no website and why have a telephone number but never answer it the telephone number is going to another house not to
the house I live next door to.
Again, why not?

They don't appear to be doing anything illegal.
so? When i moved into rented house, i got a new line with a new number. if they are renting the house out, it would be a bit silly to have their business number go to a house where they are not living wouldn't it?

So who/what are you complaining about? The neighbours....the house they are in....the fact they are on benefits?
Your problem neighbours are the tennants and nothing really to do with the theatre company or their right to let the property. If you need help in dealing with them either contact the police or the local authority.
you are indeed unlucky according to many in this link these people are very rare: http://www.theanswerbank.co.uk/News/Question1230738.html
These kind of scum make peoples lives a misery, they have all day to be annoying when their unlucky neighbours work hard to pay for their idle existance. You have my sympathy, you can only hope they get boted out at some point.
Have you checked the Companies House website to get details of directors etc.? You may be able to track one down that way. However, your first action about neighbour problems should be with the police (if criminal matters are involved) or local authority environmental health about noise etc.
how do you know they are on benefits and dont work?

if its just because you dont see them going and coming home, then be aware that theatre people may work odd hours, evenings etc and a lot of that is done from home
I agree with Themas: Environmental Health at your Local Authority about noise or police about criminatlity, failing that go see a solicitor and get them to write to the landlord, they are better placed than you to track them down. Same thing happened to some people I know, the neighbours were so scarey no-one in the area would complain about the noise - we thought there was a street party going on when we heard it! My friend's solicitor wrote to their landlord and the noise stopped instantly, no problems since. Some people are so self- obsessed they don't realise the nuisance they cause to others.
