when someone is believed to have committed an offence, solid evidence must be presented in court otherwise there would be no successful prosecutions.

sentencing is out of the hands of BT internal investigators, but they obviously did a good job, so well done them.
Would your opinion be any different if it had been your phone line he used and you that subsequently got the huge phone bill?

There must of been some evidence that proved he was Guilty for the CPS to charge him ect ect. The sentences handed out are just useless/a waste of the courts time
perhaps we should stop prosecuting potential criminals then.
