how can I advertise my old school reunion in September

I need to know how or what is the best way to look for old members of our school year , 1957, who are having a reunion in September.There are abput 40 peopl missing frmo the 120 who went there .
Can anyone make a suggestion?

why not ring your local radio station up and plug the reunion on there you know ring the local chat show host?if you live in the midlands area why not try after 9.00 pm the show reaches a wider audience or ask the local newspaper to run a piece for you.good luck.

Try some local papers. The Leicester Mercury, for instance, has a daily page called 'Mr Leicester's Page', and if you contact 'Mr Leicester' with details, he'll do his best to put a mention on there for you. I would imagine most local rags have something similar - if you have an old photo they could use, even better as it jogs people's memories. There may also be some sort of community area on the paper's website.

Another idea would be to mailshot those whom you are in contact with and ask them if they know the missing ones.
