At the risk of sounding cynical, you've got it spot on stokeace. The silent majority consisting of ordinary, hard-working people seem to be last on the list.

This is illegal in this country, bit they are allowing Muslims multiple wives, and paying benefits for them. I don't know if others are allowed this, but Muslims are the only ones I know this is happening with.
