It used to work. I read it and laughed.
It was people protesting that there are too many "foreigners" in the Ukrainian government, which is a bit rich when almost certainly they were being paid to protest by the same people who arranged for Ukraine to be infested with Russian spies and "advisers"
When Viktor Yanukovych came to power, for example, the Kremlin drafted in a series of advisers to help him with his robbery of the Ukrainian state.
At least the foreigners in Ukraine's administration now are a positive influence
