So happy 'official' birthday President Mugabe. 90 years, an awful lot more than most of the people you've starved to death, had tortured, disenfranchised, disinherited and, in many cases, encouraged and allowed to be slaughtered, women and children, those of different tribes, of different political views, those of sexual orientations unpalatable to your medieval mindset and those who had but the best interests of your beautiful country in mind but found themselves victim to the savagery of your diseased, bestial sclerotic soul.

Good points all. Just makes my blood boil. Chinese authorities will not condemn him and his regime because they are in the process of buying vast swathes of mineral and other rights across Africa. His tribe won't condemn him, lest they're next in line for the brutality he meted out. So-called opposition leaders can't condemn him,while, sadly, he's still breathing because many are compromised, like Morgan, the EU will do nothing until he's staked through the heart, the U.S will do nothing after the debacles in other parts of Africa, the Russians know it would be fruitless to compete with the Chinese when the Chinese have such a firm foothold in sub-Sahara and, maybe worst of all, the Organisation for African Unity, the group that eulogised Gaddafi as a figurehead, can do nothing because it has been praising Mad Dog Mugabe since the mid-Seventies.

Sorry to be frank but the silence from world leaders, political, spiritual, commercial, social is deafening, except
full marks to an odd coupling - Peter Tatchell who, primarily, has been tireless in exposing the fact that those who are homosexual, or are thought to be homosexual, not only face the death penalty but have been tortured and executed for same.
And to the Archbishop of York, Dr John Sentamu, (CoE) who ripped off his crucifix on television several years ago and said he would not replace it until the monster was gone. Think it wonderful that an atheist like Tatchell and Dr Sentamu are so strongly of the same opinion. Would that it be more often the case.

Our AB person 'Scooping' writes so eloquently and knowledgeably about Robert Mugabe ... yet he is 100% on the money. A few months ago his neighbour to the south (where I live) lent his government an awful lot of money to run their crooked elections, a figure of R100 million, I believe ... never to be seen again – and Zuma knows it!! Talk about in cahoots ... our elections take place on May 7 in a week's time ... yes, the ANC will win once again ... but in five years time the worm will have turned!!!!
