Hi, i am looking for the title of some music - often played in adverts, a woman says a few words in (possibly) french throughout, the only way i can describe is that it sounds slightly similar to 'a whiter shade of pale'.

Could you possibly mean Je t'aime moi non plus by Serge Gainsbourg & (a very breathy) Jane Birkin?

Air did a song called "le soleil est pres du moi", which could be it. I think this translates to 'the sun is close to me'.
