Can You Identify This Please?

I wonder if anyone can kindly help me identify this catchy instrumental tune from the Piers Morgan In Shanghai programme here please:

The piece in question was played twice during the programme.
It was first played from 8-minutes 32-seconds to 9-minutes 55-seconds following the interview with Charlie. Piers was showing us around the highest hotel in Shanghai costing £8,000 a night whilst this music aired.
This same piece was played again from 29-minutes 14-seconds in to 30-minutes 20-seconds following the Tai Chi shots with Master Cheung. Piers was showing people in the street Celebrity Photographs of Simon Cowell and Gordon Brown etc whilst this music was being played.
Fingers crossed someone out there can help please? I've been trying to find out what this piece is for a few years now! Thank You
