Song sung by Same Difference on last night's X-Factor

Can anyone please tell me anything about the song that Same Difference sung on the X-Factor results show last night?
I missed the introduction, but from listening to the lyrics, I think it may well have been called something like "Baby We Are One" or "Together"?
The way their backing dancers were dressed also suggests that it may well have been from something like Britannia High or High School Musical!
Is it on their new album that comes out (I believe) next week?
Having said that, none of the above conclusions may be right, so I'd be grateful if someone could please enlighten me.

Their new single is called "We R One".
