Jungle music is a fast electronic dance music. It originated in the early 1990s and combines elements of techno and ragga music. Ragga music, by the way, is a dance-oriented style of reggae.

I think you will find that it is a mix of parrot and monkey slapper music from the forest of Romford!!!

An early incarnation of drum and base jungle relies more heavily on ragga as its root whilst retaining the use of drums and a heavy baseline
