For me, JJ72 fit neatly into that group of artists where you're never fully hear if it's a man or woman doing the singing. I'd add the Delays, Mr Big and even Alison Moyet in there too.

You are right about his voice, Quinlad. The only reason I wanted to find out what happened to them, is that I was sorting out my CD collection, and found their debut album (forgot I even bought it), played it, and enjoyed it as much as I did 8 years ago. I must have been among the few that liked them, though. They don't even get a mention on Wikipedia.

Still love Hilary, though.
