I'd be extremely worried if anyone's sold you tickets for 20th June. The gig's on the 21st!

SeeTickets.com isn't the official sales agent for the Cambridge Corn Exchange. (CCE use Tickets.com as their agency). SeeTickets.com is a legitimate company but they've got a poor reputation for customer service, scoring just 3.2 out of 10 on ReviewCentre.com:

Keep hassling them until you've actually received the tickets!

I always use seetickets and have found them to be very good. My tickets hadnt arrived for a certain gig( think it was EnterS hikari), anyway i rang them and they sent the tickets to the venue and i collected them on the night of the gig.
tickets can arrive anytime upto 24 hours befor the gig tho so it could just be wait and hope unfortunatly.
i would just keepringing unti;they get sick of you and give u extra tickets to get rid of you off the phone lol

We bought tickets through ticketmaster.co.uk to see Mika, we lost the tickets so we phoned ticketmaster on the night and the concert was being re-scheduled as Mika was ill, so 7 months later (the night of the concert) we still had no tickets, but they were at the box office at the venue with a free upgrade to VIP for any inconvenience caused.
