i have been asked by a friend to try and trace a rod mckuen piece--she described it as a 3 boxed set called earth sea sky--i don't know if its cd or maybe lp--the year or if earth sea sky is the title of the set or just one of the tracks within the set--if anybody knows anything about this and where it might be purchased i thank you in advance for ur help

In fact, it's three separate albums, The Sea, The Earth and The Sky. These were later reissued as a triple set. They're listed as being by Rod McKuen, Anita Kerr and the San Sebastian Singers. It seems as though only The Sea was officially released on CD. It's available through Amazon.com (the US site). Music Stack at http://www.musicstack.com/ have two second hand copies of the original 3LP box set for $15 each. Just search for "McKuen" at the site and they're near the top of the list. This is a site for dedicated dealers of second hand music and is very reliable.
