French kid with an American hit

I remember this song from either the late eighties or early nineties that was sung by a French kid. Itwas sung entirely in French, except the chorus, which went something like, "ooh la la, baby". I think his name was Jordy(?). I saw a video for it once and the kid appeared to be about 6 or 7. I also remember that there was something about his dad being a music producer and catching his son singing. Any help you folks may have would be helpful.

Yes, it was Jordy and the song was called "Dur, Dur d'�tre b�b�" (It's hard being a baby). Googling that should get you some more information.
