The song is 'It's Oh So Quiet' by Bjork (pronounced Bee-erk) former lead singer of Icelandic indie band The Sugarcubes, and now a successful solo artist. The song was a hit - it reached Number Four in the charts in November 1995. You can find the song on Bjork's 'Post' album.
