I know there was a 1950s r&b vocal group called the Pearls. But was there a 1970s female vocal group of the same name that did a cover of "You Came, You Saw, You Conquered"?

There was indeed - The Pearls enjoyed a number 32 hit with their cover of the old Ronnie Spector hit, in September 1972. The UK duo's biggest success was 'Guilty' which reached number 10 in June 1974.
