I'm looking for the title/artist of a song heard in a Chinese shop. It was some kind of techno/dance track, and at the beginning were the words 'names have been changed to protect the innocent, -cent, -cent, -cent, -cent...' and so on, which I've been told comes from the TV show "Dragnet". Anyone know what this song is?
