It's called "Orville's Song". I think it's on a compilation called "Chegger's Choice", or of course on 7" in countless charity shops.

The 7" vinyl version is not available in many charity shops round my way since some friends and I decided to buy them all up and see how long it takes to microwave a single into oblivion, record is 37 seconds in an 850 Watt microwave on full power.
