As far as I know, you're right - it's by Lou Beg and it's called Mambo No. 5. He says it at the beginning of the song which is a bit of a giveaway. Hope this helps :)

its called mambo number 5, and i think it was by somebody called lou bega, or something similar. The song is definately that though
