Does anybody know what the piece of classical music is on the euro2004 (pastel-like cartoon) advert?

Yes it's by a Glasgow born composer called Craig Armstrong. It was also featured in the balcony scene in Baz Luhrmann's film Romeo and Juliet and he won a Bafta for it. It is on his first album "the space between us" if you want to buy it. Don't know about downloading etc.
