song from car advert.

HI,

this is going to sound a bit odd but does anyone know who sang the song/ what the song is called on a car advert saying that is now has lower petrol emissions?

it's not much to go on i now, but in one part there is a whale swimmng around in a tank trying to get out,

oh and one part says "it's like a glass of water trying to get to the sea" or something like that.

If anyone could help that would be great.
