I recently went to a toni & guy salon in worcester, and i dont know if they keep the same playlist for all stores but whatev! they played a song that was something about standing in a circle?
it was kind of shouty and tecno-y but alot of it (especially the chorus) was all about standing in a circle.
everyone, standing in a circle, i might add.

It's a bit of a long shot but you might be thinking of 'standing in the way of control' by the gossip but getting the word control mixed uo with circle. Have a listen here:
