Morning All,

I'm very confused. Going to see My Life Story tonight and they were supposed to be playing at The Mean Fiddler but I got told last night they've moved it to London Astoria.

My tickets say both venues. I've just done a quick google search and although the links confirmed the venue change the address for The Mean Fiddler and London Astoria is the same.

So are The Mean Fiddler & London Astoria the same place? Has it actually been moved? Am I just going insane or very confused? (Actually, scratch the last one!)

Cheers,
China xx

Ok... apparently you weren't descending in to smut... I have a knack for not always understanding innuendo, perhaps you've noticed?! I just wanted to make sure I wasn't about to give an unsuspecting answer to a rude question.

Ok, ok... you've got stars.... (jeeze, the elderly and infirm can't half harp on sometimes when they get a bee in their bonnet). I don't want to be clamped dowm on tho... from what I understand of clamping it usually costs money to get the clamps removed and I'm not staying on this bench forever ;0P
Hurray, hurray I got stars!!!

I knew you'd see sense eventually
Question Author
Sense? More like humouring the old and infirm my agedly challenged friend... ;0P
Yer cheeky monkey...........yer doin me 'ead in.

Old and infirm indeed! I'd challenge you to an arm wrestling contest but then you'd lose and you'd have to do a forfeit.

Coffee? I'll have a latte please
Question Author
I'm young and strong. I suspect I'd win. Besides, I doubt you could think of anything original or unusual as a forfeit... perhaps you'd say something like I have to buy an outrageous rock albulm... Cliff Richard say? ;0P

I'll have a mocha cheers. Any hob nobs?
Hey, do some work.....!

btw, what's an 'albulm'? Must be something new and trendy?!
Question Author
Me?! You cheeky swine!
Question Author
Oooh... I could slap you! It's a sunday... I've been in work for three hours!!!

Now I'm just procrastinating and ordering DVD's online... don't want to go food shopping.
Hmm, caught doing online shopping at work?!

That's very, very naughty!

If I ever caught my PA doing that she'd be in serious trouble!

What did you get me?
Question Author
You have a PA?! Blimey... she must suffer, I feel sorry for her! Poor girl.

I got you a large supply of hob nobs, some hair gel, lynx deodrant and a gag for when you start harping on ;0P

What have you got me?
Nah, she's let off much too lightly.

The hob nobs are great, thanks. Not sure about the hair gel, though I appreciate the thought. I like the lynx effect but probably not the smell. The gag will certainly come in useful - not for me though.

I managed to get you a dummy, a nuns habit and some hair straighteners. Hopefully you'll find them useful. Let me know.
Question Author
I expect your PA is actually long suffering, please don't tell me she works in the same office as you too?? ;0P

Well I did also manage to pick you up a book on trees actually but I was going to save you that for your birthday.

Well the hair straightners should come in useful. The dummy may or may not keep me quiet (we could use the dummy and gag together and then neither of use could say a word and the nun habit will remind me of the virtuous person I am.
Question Author
Coffee? I've brought the thermos.

I haven't got any hob nobs tho.... ran out this morning. Do you have any?
Ok, I'll have a cup. I'd prefer to go to Starbucks really but hey.......

Now why would I want a book on trees? You'd have to be a complete weirdo to want that. Anyway, you missed my birthday so you may as well keep it for yourself.

Have you got any scissors on you?

Question Author
Yes, starbucks would be good. Or Costa, is there one round here? I could get a mocha. They come with foam on and bits you can pick off you know.

It's the thought that counts you know! Ok, I'll go back and get you one on watersports - I take it you have nothing against water?!

Oh, and you haven't missed my birthday so in that case... what are you getting me?

Scissors over there >>>>> What are you cutting?

Foam on coffee??? Yikes!

Did you have a good sleep last night?
Question Author
Yes, you drink through it. It's part of the fun. Well the youth of today like it anyway.

I had a wonderful sleep last night once I settled, thanks for asking.
Wow.....I always prefer frothy milk on mine not foam, but times changes eh?! Isn't foam what you get in a cheap mattress - I don't want that in my coffee!

I went shopping yesterday, got a new blanket to go over my knees and some new trousers. French Connection. Had a great time. The girl serving me was very nice, if a little sleepy.

Oh, Charring Cross Road I think. Stars please.

Question Author
Foamy/frothy = same thing. Foam can also be used to insulate your house I hear so not just in matresses.

You got new trousers? What colour? Did you get a latte as well? You should have said, you could have picked me up a mocha and a cake.

Sleepy girl Sounds like me today. Can I borrow your blanket so I can have a nap? Wake me up if something interesting happens will you? Or if the boss comes.

Charring cross road?! Stars?! You've got to be kidding me.
