Help! Song with lyrics 'hey, hold on...everybody dancing...'

Ok, not very good at writing down music but the lyrics are something like - 'hey, hold on...everybody dancing to the music of the night' (poss light?) and the tune has a really catchy whistling bit - any ideas from that bunch of waffle? Heard it on Radio 1 a couple of weeks ago but missed the artist and title! (sounds a little like dreadzone?!)
