Who sang/recorded

I'm looking for the name of singer and lyrics for a tune called 'This I do'. I don't know whether it's English, Irish or American but it has a slow tempo, somewhere between a ballad and lament, and has abeautiful air. I heard it sung at a weddind recently - one singer who accompanied herself on guitar. She could not remember where she came across this song.
