TCB is an acronym for Take Care of Business - a commonly used turn of phrase at he time the song was released (the Temptation also had an album by the same name).

It is generally accepted to mean "do what you've go to do"

It was also the catchphrase of Elvis' buddies -- cf his 70s stage band and lots of other references.
