Sphinx_Svens is right. The song is NOT on any of ZZ Tops albums, let alone "The Very Best". ZZ Top have NEVER released a version of "Bad to the Bone"

The version of the song on Limewire Is NOT ZZ Top, it is George Throrogood & the Destroyers.
