Hey Mike,Just watched it, got so carried away with Julian Casablancas (drool) after it, I lost track of myself, well that Raul Midon is one talented guy, I had to peer at the moniter to see if it was him, and not an instrument, he is fierce, will have to watch out for him. thanks for letting me get a look at Jools prog after I missed it. and by the by "blind to boot" what is that ,an American/Aussie expression, I've never heard it.

Guy with a flat cap, playing an acoustic, singing in a soul style, did a trumpet break - without a trumpet(!)?
Came across it in the middle of his song, so never caught his name, but yeah, pretty good!

Hi again ermadea!

I'm a yorkshireman so "blind to boot" certainly ain't an Aussie/American saying - it just means he's "also blind" (a bit like if someone had given you �1million and a car, you'd have got a million quid and a car to boot - so I was saying how talented he was, and he's also blind!) - hope it makes sense now.......I'm not the only one who's heard of/uses that saying am I????? Someone please back me up on that!!!!!

As for the link, no probs, u can go there every week and see the last show up until the next weeks show is broadcast - good for when your too tired/drunk to catch it live.....
