Go to www.kazaalite.com and download kazaa program which is a peer2peer networked file-sharing program i'm sure you'll find what you need from there.

search for Kazaa or Winmx. They are the two main file sharing programs. There are loads of mp3 website out there: audiogalaxy.com, mp3mediaworld.com, but on some of them you can spend hours go round in pop up circles, not actually downloading anything!
