What is the highest the human voice can get up to - and how close is it to being inaudible to humans but audible to animals e.g. dogs?

The highest most shrill babies scream, is around the 1,000 hertz mark with trained female singer around the same mark. Male average speaking voice is around 125hz and female is 200hz ( with the A note above middle C being 440hz for reference) but our hearing goes way way beyond this. The average human hearing range is from 20hz to 20,000hz and your question is slightly wrong in that dogs can hear all our noises they take over from us at 20,000 and go up to between 35khz to 40khz with cats going up to 60khz and mbats being one of the highest ranges of the 120khz. Sounds below 20hz are called infrasonic and above 20khz are ultrasonic elephants being able to hear down to 1hertz.
