Whooo! Have costumed many, Bobbi. Love musicals and had quite a lot played at MrG's funeral. Though the lady who got up and danced to All That Jazz surprised folk.

Les Mis was the only stage musical I’ve ever seen that didn’t leave me with a tune in my head. I left the theatre and couldn’t recall a single song. Vastly over-rated in my opinion. I think the nightly standing ovation has become a tradition rather than anything else… a bit like the audience being asked to keep the end of The Mousetrap a secret.

I can’t post a link so would some kind soul please do me Gene Kelly ‘Singing in the Rain’… just because it’s jolly.
