Yes from the start of the current season.
If you mean the weekly Premier league predictions then yes
Yes. The BBC have ditched Mark Lawrenson because, he says, he is white and not politcally correct. One example of PC goes back to the death of Princess Diana when Lawrenson was commentating on a match a few days later. He said he was told by the producer not to mention anything about a wall, as this might offend some people. Lots of the older generation are being ditched by the BBC in favour of younger people, which would be ok if the replacements had any idea about what they are doing. Cest la vie.
Lawrenson was several years past his a
sell-by date.
Last time I checked Chris Sutton was also white and not afraid to speak his mind,
Lawrenson was on GB News the other day doing his hard-luck “victim of woke” act.
ichkeria, he may have been doing his "victim of woke" act, but it doesn't mean he wasn't a victim of woke.
A victim of being “past his still by date” more like.
I am admittedly biased as I never could stand the man. Always felt he had a huge chip on his shoulder about something, to which he is now giving full vent
I’ll add I’m not a huge fan of Chris Sutton either.
One of the great changes in football punditry has been the appearance of more women
The punditry is the worst part of football coverage. I never listen to them, and always watch a match with the sound turned off. Tis good!
