I heard a reggae song recently with lyrics that went something like 'when me come, me come dangerous...something something something cantankerous'. I've also heard a garage remix of this song but I don't know who its by!! Can anyone help me please. Cheers folks.

it's funny but I have been looking for the same tune! I had it on a minidisc that a mate lent me which got stolen (along with my minidisc player but that's another story!) however, the sample is used on an MJ Cole track that features Rodney P (I'm pretty sure)
