Who sang My Name is Yon Yonson

I remember a song My Name is Yon Yonson I come fronm Wisconsin I work in the LumberMill there. The People I meet as I walk down the street, they say, Hey What's your name, and I say My name is.... and it starts all over again. Does anyone know who sang it ? Or where I can get hold of a copy ?

The song's history is lost in time, but it was recently adapted by a Terry Klutymans and he now owns the adaptation copyright. Since this was only re-issued a couple of years ago, and Terry makes his living writing and re-issuing children's songs, it's a fair bet he's got some product on release.
