Can anybody nominate memorable intros to pop/rock songs that match Led Zepplin's Whole Lotta Love or Free's All right Now?

I can think of thousands, but I don't want to hog the page! Right off the top of my head - 'Bat Out Of Hell' by Meatloaf and 'Born To Run' by Bruce Springsteen come to mind - and I reckon there should be several more coming up from other visitors.
Baker Street by Gerry Rafferty
Smoke on the water by Deep Purple; Purple Haze by Jimi Hendrix; You really got me by The Kinks
Another One Bites The Dust by Queen
Crosstown Traffic by Jimi Hendrix; Blue Monday by New Order; How Soon is Now? by The Smiths
How about a few Who tracks - 'Magic Bus' (from Live at Leeds), 'Pinball Wizzard', 'Won't Get Fooled Again'. Or nearly any Pink Floyd track try 'Shine on You Crazy Diamonds' for starters.
Frank Zappa,s Sleepdirt EEEFFFff!
Layla by Derek & the Dominos
so many to choose from, but the top five are: 1. Pretty Vacant/Sex Pistols 2. Stir It Up/Bob Marley & the Wailers 3. Man out of Time/Elvis Costello 4. Firestarter/Prodigy 5. Mr Tambourine Man/Byrds
Wow! I agree with all the above, especially Baker Street and anything by Jimi Hendrix and all of codesign's suggestions!

What about....
Little Green Bag by George Baker
Born Of Frustration by James
Killing In The Name Of by Rage Against The Machine
Song 2 by Blur
Brooklyn Is Burning by Head Automatica
I Am The Resurrection by The Stone Roses - the version off the album
